Since 2016, DigiBandit has grown from a kitchen-table repair shop into Moncton’s comprehensive IT solutions provider. We handle everything from laptop repairs to managed IT services, from liquid damage recovery to full network infrastructure.
What started as one person fixing computers in an apartment has evolved into a team of IT professionals serving businesses and individuals across the region. We’ve survived break-ins, navigated pandemics, and continuously adapted to meet our clients’ changing needs.

2016
beginnings
DigiBandit was born in a kitchen workspace, repairing laptops and PCs with passion. In the early days, DigiBandit was born in a small two-bedroom apartment’s kitchen, where I started fixing laptops and personal computers. It was a time of risk-taking and immense passion, laying the groundwork for a future built on quality and trust.
2017
expanding our horizons
We branched into Mac repair, websites, liquid damage recovery, and networking. Not long after our inception, we broadened our service offerings. From repairing iMacs and MacBooks to designing and hosting websites, performing liquid damage repairs, and installing networks, we diversified our skills and set the stage for becoming a comprehensive IT solutions provider.
2018
taking on a part-time job
We upgraded our space to keep up with demand and inventory. As demand grew, my wife and I upgraded to a three-bedroom duplex with a half-finished basement. This new space allowed us to better manage the increasing workload, providing room for inventory, parts, and the essential tools needed to keep pace with our expanding services.
2019
transition to full-time
We opened a storefront and grew into a full-service IT provider. A major turning point came in 2019 when DigiBandit moved into a full storefront and workshop at 607 St George Blvd, Suite B06 in Moncton, NB. This move not only symbolized our evolution into a full-scale IT service provider but also paved the way for new offerings like tech recycling, custom PC builds, and enriched product partnerships.
2020
navigating covid-19
We implemented safety measures and rebuilt after a break-in. The global pandemic challenged us in unexpected ways. We quickly adapted by implementing enhanced sanitization, social distancing, and contactless options. Even after a break-in incident that targeted our inventory, our community’s support and our own resilience allowed us to rebuild stronger than ever, with improved security measures in place.
2021
a new home & opportunities
We relocated to a custom-built space to better serve our growing team. In 2021, we relocated to a new, custom-designed space. This strategic move provided a better layout and increased workspace, enabling concurrent ticket management, supporting additional staff, and setting a robust foundation for our growing business.
2022
embracing managed it services
We launched managed IT services for business clients. With technology becoming ever more central to everyday operations, we stepped up our game by offering managed IT services. From remote monitoring and management to handling workstations, servers, VoIP, and more, DigiBandit ensured that our clients’ tech needs were met with expertise and efficiency.
2023
standardization & service expansion
We documented and refined our systems for consistent service delivery. This year, we focused on standardizing and documenting our processes, ensuring that every customer receives consistently superior service—no matter how complex their needs. Our expanding portfolio of managed services further solidified our reputation as a comprehensive IT solutions provider.
2024
expansion & process refinement
We hired top talent and improved internal workflows. In 2024, we took significant strides by expanding our team with top-tier talent and refining our internal processes. Streamlining workflows, standardizing documentation, and enhancing our service offerings were all part of our drive to deliver unparalleled IT solutions that truly reflect our commitment to excellence.
2025
self-hosted & sustainable
We began transitioning to self-hosted systems and future sustainability. The first quarter of 2025 marks a bold new chapter for DigiBandit. We’re embracing self-hosted solutions to gain greater control over our IT infrastructure and set the stage for a more sustainable future. This transition is not just about enhancing security and performance. It’s a forward-thinking move designed to foster innovation, optimize our services, and ensure that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
